Jeffery L. McElroy is a graduate of both Western Illinois University and the John Marshall Law School. Jeff previously worked for Chicago Title Insurance as an Attorney Examiner and served as the Manager for the Commercial and Residential Title Department. Prior to joining Chicago Title, Jeff was an Associate at a prominent Joliet law firm where his practice focused mainly on real estate, municipal law, traffic law, and general civil litigation.

Prior to practicing law, Jeff worked on the executive staff to former Illinois Attorney General Jim Ryan and as a Dunn Fellow in the Office of the Illinois Governor. Jeff is a prior member of the Adjunct Faculty at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, and served as the President of the Western Illinois University Alumni Council. Professional memberships include the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Real Estate Attorneys Association, ALTA, various local bar associations and the American Bar Association.
